Users must ensure that their usage of our API does not violate any policies set by Fansly. We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from third-party usage of our API. Users are prohibited from using API Fansly to:

• Automate actions that mimic real user behavior (e.g., bulk messaging, mass following/unfollowing).
• Scrape, download, redistribute, or store content from Fansly.
• Bypass paywalls, security features, or DRM protections implemented by Fansly.

Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from reliance on our API. Any damages exceeding the amount paid for our service in the last 12 months preceding the claim. Any bans, suspensions, or account restrictions imposed by Fansly due to API usage.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Operator, its team of developers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: Misuse of the API. Violation of these Terms. Any third-party claims related to actions taken using our service.
